New Tribe Perspectives is an independent publication for Founders and Leaders who are navigating the messy reality of high-growth scaling. It is an extension of New Tribe Consulting, which was founded by Martin Tynan, an ex-Chief People Officer who now works with start up and high growth organisations to help them overcome the frictional challenges around scaling organisational growth.

Fresh Perspectives

I deliberately choose the word perspectives. In a world where everyone seems to have the answer, in my lived experience there are often multiple right answers to a challenge or a situation. What I will share is outcomes from my own context as a Chief People Officer and as an Organisational Growth Advisor. You might have a different experience and a different context. Hopefully, by sharing mine I can help provoke your own thinking and perspectives and vice versa.

Community

Growing is not an individual pursuit. My hope is to build a community where diverse viewpoints can be a catalyst for growth. By sharing our context, we help each other, and our organisations grow.
